Gilsey House: Drywall

Drywall is going up, but notice only on one side to allow for electrical and plumbing inspections.

Gilsey House: Electrical and Plumbing

All of the studs are in.  At this point the plumber and electrician run their lines.

In particular, running the sprinkler lines requires careful routing and coordination.

Gilsey House: Full Scale Floor Plan

Now that the floors are level, the contractor lays out the walls using the steel track that will eventually hold the studs.

In the process we discovered that the dimensions of the gallery, master bath, and laundry room would need to be adjusted.  The client decided to eliminate a small coat closet to make a larger master shower.
